Regional archiving of contemporary dance practices and scenes has been explored in the frame of Nomad Dance Institute (Nomad Dance Academy, Balkan Dance Network) since 2013.
The two day meeting of Nomad Dance Institute Archive project will be the opportunity to our case studies, as well as to organize the session about our documentation methodologies, problems and dilemas with Daniela Hahn (PhD), a scholar who specializes in the documenting of contemporary performing arts practices.
Theatrologist Daniela Hahn (PhD), specialist for the contemporary forms and methodologies of documenting and archiving in the field of performing arts, will react to the presentations of NDI archiving researchers with the chosen format of workshop, according to the needs, problems and questions which will appear the first day of our work. Her workshop will be a commentary and direction for the further work.
